You can now submit your film for the biggest award for short films in Portugal: €5000! Registration open until May 31st on the FilmFreeway platform.

As part of the Luxembourg Portuguese Film Festival, MOTELX on Tour presents a Special Screening of the film "Amelia's Children", by Gabriel Abrantes, next Thursday, November 14th, at 8:30 pm, at the Luxembourg Cinematheque.

For the seventh year running, the SITGES – International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia hosted the ceremony for the Méliès d’Or Awards, granted annually by the Méliès International Festivals Federation (MIFF), which MOTELX also integrates, in recognition of the best European fantastic feature and short film of the past year.

Having concluded its 18th edition in Lisbon, MOTELX On Tour 2024 will go to the United Kingdom, with a special stop in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where it will show two of the best titles in recent Portuguese horror cinema, with the presence of the director.

GUIÕES - Portuguese Language Roadmap Festival takes place for the second year running during MOTELX and celebrates its 10th edition from 11th to 13th September, also at Cinema São Jorge.
