CALL FOR ENTRIES MOTELX GUIÕES AWARD 2024
The competition that seeks to distinguish the best scripts for national feature films not yet produced is back, the MOTELX GUIÕES Award 2024!
MOTELX renews its partnership with GUIÕES - Festival do Roteiro de Língua Portuguesa and, like last year, will once again host GUIÕES, which celebrates its 10th edition this year.
The competition that seeks to distinguish the best scripts for national feature films not yet produced is also back, the MOTELX GUIÕES 2024 Award!
We are once again undertaking a search for the “best Portuguese horror script”, which will be decided by a jury among 5 applications designated by the selection committee, and then rewarded with €2000. The winner will be announced during MOTELX 2024 (18th Edition), which will take place from the 10th to the 16th of September, at Cinema São Jorge.
The regulations and information about the most terrifying writing competition for cinema in Portugal are available here and on the Festival GUIÕES website. Registration for the MOTELX GUIÕES 2024 Award is free and open until May 31st, accessible here.
