MOTELX, in partnership with GUIÕES Festival, created a new prize dedicated to feature film scripts not yet produced. With the main focus on giving an opportunity to new talents and authors who want to develop horror projects, the creation of this monetary award aims to stimulate the cinematographic and audiovisual production of the genre in Portugal. 

Five finalists, selected by the selection team of both festivals, compete for the title of the prize winner, evaluated by an independent jury.
