Sculptor and prosthetic makeup artist
Rita Anjos started her career in makeup and special effects in 2012 after graduating from the prestigious Neill Gorton Studios school in London. She has since worked in big British special effects companies such as Millennium FX, Krystian Mallet FX and Barrie Gower FX, where she contributed to Emmy and BAFTA Award winning TV shows, "Dr. Who" and "Game of Thrones". Back in Lisbon, she has already worked in the terrifying adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's tale "Color Out of Space" by Richard Stanley and in "Ordem Moral" by Mário Barroso where she did makeup in actors such as Maria de Medeiros e Ana Padrão.
