In the near future, a network of solar and ocean energy transformers will be installed along the Portuguese coast. With the ecological balance seriously threatened, domestic animals are disappearing from cities and returning to the wild in mountainous areas. Upon learning of his sister's death in a car accident, Jorge tries to warn his father, who, meanwhile, leaves for a house kept secret as a refuge and place of rest.
