Margot is a young medical student who has always dreamed of interning at the toughest, most demanding emergency ward in France. Exhausted by the physical and psychological pressure of the competition, things get worse when she encounters young patients presenting bizarre symptoms and inexplicable physical mutations. Although the cases are dismissed by the internship coordinator, her own body begins to succumb to a bloody, visceral metamorphosis that pushes her into an investigation into something far bigger than herself.
