“Cupping” is a tasting where you can try and compare different (and delicious) varieties of coffee. The beans are freshly ground and left to infuse with hot water, and then the
experts at Fábrica Coffee Roasters guide you as you smell
the aromas and let the flavours of the coffee spread across
your palate. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to evaluate the
acidity, sweetness, and body of the coffee, and how each one
is unique. Get ready to explore the rich universe of the drink
that walks with you every day!
Fábrica Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company in
Portugal since 2015. With shops in Lisbon and Porto, they
are dedicated to roasting 100% Arabica beans. They work
directly with coffee farms, valuing origin, flavour, and sustainability throughout the process: “from the tree to the cup”.
