Sections

In 2020, MOTELX opened the Festival with "Malasaña 32" by Albert Pintó and closed with Dave Franco's "The Rental". "Mata" by Fábio Rebelo won the MOTELX Award for Best Portuguese Horror Short, while the Best European Feature Film was awarded to "Pelican Blood" by Katrin Gebbe. The movies of the Festival were screened in the following categories:
