To celebrate two decades of MOTELX, the 2026 Warm-Up is kicking off earlier than usual.
The MOTELX 2026 Warm-Up is kicking off earlier than usual. With the Festival's 20th edition on the horizon, there's every reason to start celebrating in June.
The first event is the MOTELquiz, the MOTELX classic, returning in a special fan edition. Get ready to answer questions about horror, pop culture, Festival history and whatever else the organisers have up their sleeves - with prizes and surprises along the way.
Registrations
Fill in this form or send an e-mail to eventos@motelx.org with your team name, the name of the team leader and the number of participants (maximum 5 people). The maximum number of teams is 18. Selection is made on a first-come, first-served basis, and confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Venue: Casa Capitão (Ground Floor), Lisbon

MOTELX Dark Sunset
The day doesn't end there. From 6:30 PM, the Casa Capitão Terrace hosts the MOTELX Dark Sunset, a DJ Set by trëma, with free entry.
Summer begins with horror.
