--------------------
Projecto Marginal was born from the incessant desire to carry out ideas thought up and conceived personally by each member of the project. After facilitating experience and learning with other professionals, they will be the ones to innovate, satisfy audiences and launch new artists and emerging ideas. As a PROJECT, it does not intend to be completed in its ideas, as it always wants to learn, improve and envision the future. It is MARGINAL because it is in its interest to introduce new rules, go beyond the existing ones, cover fringes or take advantage of market niches, and even create partnerships and synergies with other people. That's what they did with MOTELX.
In September, terror invades the city of Lisbon. MOTELX - Lisbon International Horror Film Festival has been hosting the best international films and world premieres of emerging Portuguese horror cinema since 2007. Guests of honor such as George A. Romero, Dario Argento, Hideo Nakata, Zé do Caixão, Eli Roth, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Roger Corman and Ari Aster have joined the nearly 20,000 people who pass through the iconic Cinema São Jorge every year. The Festival's program, a member of MIFF and EFFE, includes feature and short films, retrospectives, children's cinema, micro-SHORTS and documentaries, as well as a series of activities such as parties, workshops, masterclasses, concerts and much more.
