"I'm Back" and "O Beautiful Night" win Méliès d'Argent at BIFFF and Imagine

On Saturday, 20 April, and Sunday, 21 April, took place the closing ceremonies of the latest editions of Imagine Film Festival, in Amsterdam, and Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, respectively, where the winners of the Méliès d'Argent competition were announced. 
On Saturday, 20 April, and Sunday, 21 April, took place the closing ceremonies of the latest editions of Imagine Film Festival, in Amsterdam, and Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, respectively, where the winners of the Méliès d'Argent competition were announced.

At Imagine, the Méliès d'Argent for Best Feature Film went to "O Beautiful Night" by Xaver Böhm (Germany, 2019) and to "Wild" by Jan Verdijk (Netherlands, 2018) for Best Short Film. 

At BIFFF, the jury awarded the Méliès d'Argent to "I'm Back" by Luca Miniero (Italy, 2018) for Best Feature Film and to "Pleine Campagne" by Pierre Mouchet (France, 2019) for Best Short Film.

MOTELX is also a part of the Méliès d'Argent competition and its winning films are automatically nominated to the Méliès d'Or competition that gathers all other winning films from the festivals belonging to the EFFFF network and will take place this year in October, during the Sitges Film Festival.
