With submissions open until 7 August 2025, the
nominated works will be showcased on 10 September in
Room 2 of Cinema São Jorge, aiming to highlight new talents, emerging filmmakers, and projects exploring creativity
across three formats: short films and mobile, web series pilots, and videocasts.
In partnership with YouTube,
11 September will be marked by themed panels and an awards ceremony, concluding
with a networking session between speakers and participants.
The Digital Film Festival will showcase a
curated selection of national audiovisual works, featuring sessions
dedicated to discussing emerging topics in content production on digital platforms. The event will also culminate
with awards across the three main categories:
Short Films and Mobile, Web Series, and Videocasts, as well as in
the transversal sections, created to recognise projects addressing social responsibility, sustainability, diversity,
documentaries, and the use of new media.
The inaugural edition of the Digital Film Festival reaffirms MOTELX’s commitment to promoting and fostering
independent film production.Follow all the latest news on the Digital Film Festival's Instagram, check the Terms & Conditions here, and complete your registration using this Form.
