Curious about life as a human, the young witch accidentally kills a peasant in the nearby village and then takes on the form of her victim to live life in his skin. With her curiosity inflamed, she continues to wield this horrific power in order to understand what it means to be human. A pagan horror tale inspired by Macedonian folklore by the producer of "The Babadook". First directed by Goran Stolevski, of Balkan origin but living in Australia, this film premiered at Sundance and features Swedish actress Nomi Rapace and Portuguese Carloto Cotta.
