Magalie, a popular influencer known for her sen sationalist content, suffers a spectacular accident
while filming one of her viral videos. Recuperating
in the mountains with her personal assistant, her ap
parent peace is soon threatened when a journalist
starts blackmailing her, exposing secrets capable
of ruining any career. The music producer turned
filmmaker Quentin Dupieux (“Rubber”, “Yannick”)
— who writes, directs, and edits this absurdist
comedy — finds his muse in French actress Adèle
Exarchopoulos (“Blue Is the Warmest Colour”).
Together, they explore the farce and burden of social
media, leading us into the strange existential void
born from the relentless pursuit of fleeting fame.
