Joy is a Filipino immigrant who takes precarious jobs as a housekeeper in order to pay for the visas that will legalise her and her daughter Grace's stay in England. Desperate for stability and a safe home for Grace, Joy sees the opportunity to work for Garrett, a dying old aristocrat, as a dream come true. A dream that soon turns out to be a nightmare of apparitions and stuck-up British people... The sheer terror in "Raging Grace" lies in its truth - a haunted house is often an immigrant's only choice.
