On a hectic morning, Angelo, a ten-year-old boy with a vivid imagination, receives the news with his fami ly that his grandmother has fallen ill. Before it’s too late, they set off by car to see her. During a routine stop at a highway service area, Angelo becomes sep arated from his family. To reunite with them, he must venture into a forest where magic pulses… and evil lurks. Intriguing yet familiar, this fantastical tale of resilience and hope comes from Oscar-nominated artist and filmmaker Vincent Paronnaud (“Persepolis”), who adapts his 2016 graphic novel in co-direction with Alexis Ducord (“Zombillenium”).
