Pregnant with twins and stuck to past traumas, Eva isolates herself in an old apartment, but seems unable to escape herself. The apartment is haunted, but the apparitions are of herself and the babies in horrible scenarios. As Eva makes peace with her demons, the visions become more violent. She believes she has a karmic debt, which can only be paid with death. However, in order to survive, she will have to do the opposite: to commit to life again.

Born in 1993 in Cascais. She graduated in Social Communication and Journalism from the Portuguese Catholic University, although she never visited the university chapel. Her training has sharpened her interest in all genres of writing, from journalistic writing to fiction in all its forms. Catarina works in the audiovisual industry, having previously worked as a screenwriter. She has also published poems and opinion articles.
