Salaryman Ichiro Inuyashiki gets no respect from his family, and his boss wants to fire him. To make matters even worse, his doctor tells him he has only a few months to live. One night, he is involved in a strange incident that somehow transforms his body and gives him amazing powers. Hiro, a high school student, undergoes the same transformation. One of them will become a mass murderer, the other will try to stop him. Inuyashiki” is the new collaboration between Hiroya Oku, author of the manga “Gantz”, which sold more than 20 million copies, and Shinsuke Sato, who directed the box-office hit two-part film version. “Inuyashiki” won the Golden Raven at the BIFFF, a second for director Sato, two years after “I Am a Hero”.
