Please submit your latest productions (from 2008-2010, either short or feature films) by filling the editable submission form and sending a DVD screener to:

The festival has three main sections, all composed by feature and short films:

- Room Service - Recent horror films from around the world.
- Doc Horror - Documentaries about the horror genre or themes.
- Short Films - Horror in the short film format.

MOTELx encourages and will consider other cinematic proposals outside the scope of these sections, for eventual retrospectives or special screenings. Our definition of Horror is also very broad.

MOTELx 2010 AWARD
BEST PORTUGUESE HORROR SHORT FILM
The MOTELx Award is open to Portuguese productions as well as co-productions with foreign film companies. The amount of the prize is now 2,000 €.
