Thailand Short Film Competition
In partnership with the Thailand Embassy in Portugal, MOTELX is promoting the Thailand Short Film Competiton, a Thailand Film Office, under the Thailand Department of Tourism, initiative to stimulate international productions in their country.
In partnership with the Thailand Embassy in Portugal, MOTELX is promoting the Thailand Short Film Competition, a Thailand Film Office, under the Thailand Department of Tourism, initiative to stimulate international productions in their country.
Participants must submit their application in pairs and be enrolled in a full-time course study related to film or the media in general. You can find all the necessary information and terms and regulations to apply through the following link.
Those who are selected to participate in the competition will be offered return flight to Thailand, accommodation and expenses covered by the Thailand Film Office for four days. During this period, the pairs will shoot a short-film based on the theme "Thailand through the eyes of a foreigner (Way of Life/Culture/Tourism)".
We challenge MOTELX's audience to participate in this competition with a unique and creative vision, using horror as a theme for their films. The winner will receive a monetary prize of 300,000 Thai Baht (approximately €8,000).
