A young woman begins to worry about her boyfriend when he decides to explore the subculture surrounding a mysterious video tape that is said to kill anyone who watches it seven days later. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and, by doing so, discovers something horrible: there is "a film inside the film" that no one has seen before.
